2009 Toyota Camry with Salvage Title 9000 miles..?

I just acquired the vehicle that had been in a rear end collision that has been repaired. A salvage title was issued. The rest of the car is in perfect shape as it was not at all damaged. If I have any warranty repairs on the engine/trans/ac while it it in the warranty period will the dealer fix the car under warranty?

Or when they type in the VIN will they say because of the title the warranty is not valid, not only on the previously damaged portion of the vehicle but, on the undamaged part as well?
