You can try to fit a 4-cylinder honda engine into a toyota engine bay, but your 2 considerations are with the electrical and the transmission fitting in the toyota. the electrical connections on the honda motor will most likely not work with the electrical connections on the toyota car. same goes for the honda transmission.

An easy install and go, no. The layout of the Honda Toyota engine trannies are opposite each other. However, with enough money it can be done, but at that point, it's cheaper just to buy another car. If you want extra power, consider a 3S-GTE swap.That's the 200 hp 2.0 liter twin cam turbo engine used in the MR2 Turbo and Celica All Trac. personally, I'd go with a used Japanese engine swap of the same engine you already have. They are fairly inexpensive to buy and you'll have a 6 month or 12 month warranty (depending on who you buy from).

You'll probably have to change way too many parts (wiring, ECU, transmission, mounts, axles, etc.). You should do more research. There are businesses that imports Japanese engines, they might have 96 - 99 Tercel engines.
