Wont find him. they have all been placed in witness protection programs and moved to Nebraska or Idaho. Best thing to do if you have a problem w/Toyota is to call the National hotline 800 number and lodge your complaint. they will USUALLY get to the dealer or region and get something done for you - hopefully.
