I tried to import a car into Turkey, like banging your head against a brick wall. I would definitely do some research on this before you buy.
Should be available across most of Europe, but Germany seems best (fast car - no speed limits)
The Supra is very technical and has to have correct (Toyota) servicing which is very expensive, would any mechanic in Turkey be trained in this model as it was never sold there, will you be able to get parts without waiting months?.
Make sure it has perfect service history if you get one.
