Blizzard Pearl. the whole point of a prius is to save money, and blizzard pearl will keep the car cooler, making you run the AC less, saving money. also, black need more maintenance
I'd get the perl. The black will be much harder to keep clean. In general dark colours look better than light colours, but only when they're spotlessly clean. Only get the black if you are fanatical about wiping every little speck of dirt off every time you get out of the car. Also if you don't keep the car in a garage you'll be wiping off the dirt every time you get in as well.
It really depends on where you live and your likings, for example, I have a toyota 07 tundra in green, and dirt shows up so Badly, so blizzard white would show up when it's dirty, I'd pick black or any other earth-toned colour. Hope's this helps!
