Just remove the caliper then the rotor comes off.

It is true that if you remove the caliper the rotor just comes off but it may be stuck. You will see a couple of threaded hole in the face of the rotor on the hub. You can gently screw 8 X 1.25mm bolts into those holes to free the stuck rotor. If it still hangs up it is catching on the parking brake shoes. You will need to remove the small rubber plug on the rotor face and back off the parking brake adjustment. Don't forget to adjust it back after reassembly.
