Toyota Sienna engine revs up before complete stop?

Default Toyota Sienna engine revs up before complete stop?
I have a 07 Sienna. When I break to stop the car, the engine would vroom up one time just before a complete stop. The rpm goes down to around 700 then jumps up to 1000 (engine revs up) , then goes down to 700 at idling stop. It is not too loud, but very noticeable. It happens around 50% of the time at low speed. Sometimes, when I break, then take my foot off the break before a complete stop, the engine would rev up once.































Is the car designed this way, or is it something wrong? Is ist true that if my foot is not no the gas pedal, the engine should not revs up?

If it is an automatic transmission then it is just it shifting from second to first gear.
