No. You're talking about a tire that's over a full inch wider. It's slightly taller, but in that respect the difference is minimal, but a Camry it's a large enough difference to mean it will rub badly when turning sharper corners, IE right turns at a stoplight. For an example, that's the same size tire as what came on many mustangs (essentially, just in a 17" version) for about 10 years from 94-04.
