Don't worry since most aren't picky and will hire anybody that walks in the door. As far as what's good about Toyota compared to other companies just mention that Toyota has been able to keep the fact that although GM has been bailed out once Toyota has been bailed out by Japan numerous times and is currently in debt to the Japanese government to the tune of 2 billion bucks that they borrowed last year to avoid bankruptcy.

P.S. Their lack quality is always a good talking point. They do care about their quality unless it gets in the way of profits. That is why 56 innocent people have recently died driving them.
