2008 Rav4 tranny in a 2002?

Default 2008 Rav4 tranny in a 2002?
I have a 2002 Toyota Rav 4 with the auto 4 speed tranny. But I'd like to stick the 5 spd AT from the V6 in it from 2008. Is it easily possible, or will they not match good enough?































And how about sticking the complete 2008 V6 motor and tranny in the 2002?

It seems like it should work just fine... but don't count on it. They could have made a million changes in those six years. I replaced a puked Corolla transaxle with an identical one, and they used two different CV joints. It would be easier to just sell yours and buy an '08.
