Start with a different shop. Trouble codes have real meaning, involving faulty parts. Those trouble codes indicate engine misfire. I would put in a set of fresh spark plugs and turn off the check engine light, then drive and see if the problem went away. For about $10 you could do that. If the shop your where your car was seen didn't try that before recommending replacing a several hundred dollar computer and at least $90 for diagnosis, I would leave there as quickly as I could. If the car wasn't tuned up in 7 years, I'd simply do that - a new set of spark plugs, instead of throwing $300-$400 at the problem to only find out what they say it is.
