Also, is it analogous to the Lexus RX?

No, it looks a lot like a Ford or Mazda of the same class. Kind of like everyone coping the Ford looks of the Taurus back in the 80's all over again.

I agree with the last answer and yes, it's analogous to the Lexus RX- and the Lexus ES, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander and even the Toyota Sienna.

Well it looks a bit clunky, meaning it looks like they made it look bigger than it needs to be for what it does, but no I wouldn't say it looks ugly. It does have a terrible reputation for interior wind noise, and highway noise inside because of cheap and cut back interior insulation. The dash also suffers form what seems like gooey and chewy plastics not nice to the touch, and the cloth seating really is very bad and cheap. The leather is nice but then Toyota charges you way more for that. Overall most people are not pleased with the bumpy ride because of the big tires they put on it. You heard it here....because you will never hear it straight from Toyota. Good luck.

I rather like it. It's certainly better than the rest of Toyota's lineup, which is pretty snooze-inducing.
