How do you change the air filter in a 2000 Toyota Celica?

Default How do you change the air filter in a 2000 Toyota Celica?
I know there are two clips I un snapped but I still can't get the lid off. Can anyone explain how to take out the filter?

there should be at least one or two more clips and/or a wing nut holding the lid in place. when you get it off, you can just grab the air filter and pull it out. afterwards, just lay the new filter in the same spot as the old one and put the lid back on.
