Default 2004 Toyota 4Runner Sports Edition Stereo Question?
I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner Sport. I'm buying a new stereo to install and I know that I don't have RDS but I'm not sure if I have JBL or not. I can't find a JBL logo anywhere inside my vehicle and it's not in the owners manual. Does every Toyota made in 2004 come equipped with a JBL radio? I really need to know before I buy installation gear that I don't even need!

I'm confused.































If you are buying new gear, then the old gear shouldn't matter.































Why do you need to know if you have JBL or not?

the jbl system was available on the sr5 and sport edition as options and standard on the limited. if the speakers have 'jbl' on them, you have the system.
