I don't want to do a swap. To much money and time.

The same way you rebuild any motor. Taking it apart and rebuilding it.































Sounds like it would be much easier for you to just get a Crate Engine and replace it that way.































Rebuilding an entire engine isn't something that can be answered quickly or easily. It requires a lot of effort and knowing a lot of the Torques.
