Default I bought a quad runner from someone who still owed 2000 on it. he wrote me a note?
saying he will give me the title after he pay es the bank off ..... well times up and no title. What should i do now?

Have him arrested he commited grand larceny by taking money from you for a product that was not totally his,and unless you are preparedto pay off the rest of the loan,you have to give it up but not to him but to who ever holds the title.BUT have that A&*%^# HOLE arrested !!!

You are a sucker,not only did he not pay the loan for the quad he also sold it to someone that has not a clue weather it,s yours or not...Now you have a stolen quad..Stolen because the loan company will be looking for it...The repo man may be knockin at your door...Now you got a quad that cannot be registered or insured...Man you got burned...
