What would cause the starter motor on a 1994 toyota corolla not to engage?
When i go to start the car, sometimes the motor will not engage, start to engage and stop, or will turn and stop before the car actually starts. Sometimes i have to cycle the ignition until the car starts. I removed the starter and had it bench tested at Autozone and it passed. The battery and charging system checks out fine. Also, where is the starter relay located on these cars?
