Default Anything wrong with the 6cyl 80's toyota pickups?
Ive seen lots of 4cyl & 6cyl early 80's toyota pickups. Ive heard the 4cyls are pretty much indestructable, but how are the 6cyl? Are they tough too, or no?

The only problem with the V6 is head gaskets but that is a big problem. There was a recall so I imagine anything still alive today if probably OK. They make more power than the 4 but not a lot more and they are much harder to work on. The truck 4 valve, twin cam truck V6 Toyota started using in 1995 is a much better engine. (T100, 1996)
