That sounds like a blow off valve. For the particular sound, Greddy and Blitz makes those. The HKS makes a whistle sound. You can mess with the tension of the Blitz to get the flutter sounds, which personally I think sounds much better.
You do need a turbo, doesn't matter single or twin because it releases turbo pressure into the atmosphere making the sound. So the mark 4 non turbo won't work. As for the exhaust, I believe it will work from cat back.
