Is it safe to say that a 05 Sienna would last 200K?

No way unless you replace the transmission a couple times.

With regular maintenance 200 K + is easily within reach. This is the reason why Toyotas consistently maintain a very high resale value, millions of people have overwhelmingly positive ownership experience and long service life and will own no other brand.
