I don't know what car you are talking about, however if it is currently not a turbo you will need...
Up pipe
turbo
down pipe and exhaust that matches with the down pipe
oil feed and return lines
custom intake from turbo to intake manifold (intercooler)
some way to increase fuel pressure such as a RRFPR
bigger injectors in most cases
some sort of engine management
low comp pistons
and a reinforced block is usually needed if you don't want to blow it up.
This is all I can think of now, but trust me there is more...
