This depends completely on what kit you go for and if you want a wide arch kit or just a standard width replacement kit.
Wide arch kits again can range in price from as low as £1000 up to £6000.
This will be the same with paint and rims, it all depends on your personal opinion and choice, with paint because there are matte paints, metallic paint and flip paints. With rims there are different sizes, 16 inch, 17 inch and with alloys there is also the width, 6.6J wide, 7J wide.
If you just want a normal width bodykit, sensible sized wheels and a metallic paint job then I would say to save around £2000.
But if you want to go crazy with the styling paint and wheels expect to pay anything above or around £4000
