Sounds like vapor lock ( gas gets hot enough to boil ), make sure your fuel pressure is within spec, lower the pressure, lower the boiling point. Make sure the engine is not running too hot, check coolant level, cooling fan, radiator fins, thermostat. Fill gas more often to see if that helps, more gas in tank stays cooler.
Some people even wrap insulation around the fuel lines to keep them colder.
