you may be able to go to your local toyota dealer and get that fixed and you can ask them to remove the alarm

If you haven't given up on this, reach under the dash on the left side. You should find some little switches, probably two together. These have been installed with your alarm. Switch them both in the opposite direction from what they are in now. This should disable the alarm. Without seeing it I can't be 100% sure but that is the usual way. Don't you have a book with the system?
