You might have a CD changer but even the models without have CD on the button. The reason is because the radio is CD compatible.

Its a cheap car and they weren't going to waste money making 2 different radios so they just left the cd written on it. If you have the factory changer option it'll be mounted in the trunk, if not then you could add a changer.

Usually at the bottom close to the gear shifter is where a factory cd player would be. If there's no cd player, the button is useless.
