Lift kit for a second generation Tacoma 4x4?

Default Lift kit for a second generation Tacoma 4x4?
I'm looking for a complete suspension lift kit that will get me 2.5" - 3" of lift. There are a couple of Toytec kits that I was looking at that are on the pricey side (over $1000), and a Tuff Country kit that I was looking at that Les Schwab would install -- kit + installation is about $500. It's Tuff Country item #52907. Is that Tuff Country one a decent kit or are the Toytecs way better?































I plan on doing at least light to moderate wheeling on trails/moab style rocks, but no jumping or serious thrashing.















The tuff country kit isn't spacers, it's coils/shocks

When it comes to lifts more is usually better...Spacers and add a leafs are a cheap mans lift...It,s for mall terrian vehicles...There is nothing tuff about tuff country...Toytec si a much better setup...Go to the tacoma forum on the web for all the answers to lift questions...
