I think it's not impossible, there is no way to put another two cylinders into an engine. The only way left for you is to change an entire engine to a six cylinders one. It depend on a space you must have enough to put a new bigger engine into.

Yes. Get a 231 cubic inch V6 and automatic transmission out of an old rear-drive Buick. You might get lucky and find a 252 cube version, which is a really sweet engine. You'll have to make motor and transmission mounts for it, and put in a bigger radiator.
