To be 100 percent sure, ask for the Warranty Terms & Conditions (a written document).
Typically, all consumables (fluids, tires, brakes, clutch, batteries, wiper blades, shock absorbers...) are excluded, being subject to constant wear. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials (eg a factory-defective, but not nicked windshield), internal engine parts etc which break down during the warranty period ON CONDITION that all the scheduled maintenance work has been done in an Authorized Service Outlet (= Toyota or Toyota-approved) and documented (invoices, stamps etc). So, if the engine grips because there is no oil in the sump, it is not covered.
I think that any shipping is extra - the warranty implies work done on a car made available to their premises by the owner or at his/her expense.
In some cases the breakdown warranty may cover haul service to the nearest service outlet, a replacement car and/or travel and/or accommodation for occupants, all subject to limits.
Going to any shops other than the authorized ones (see above) may void your warranty. If in an area without nearby authorized shops, call your dealer (or the national Toyota call center) and have them indicate the nearest authorized shop to preserve your warranty, but have this in writing.
Your battery is not covered, the starter may be.
