I wonder if that includes the latest recalls of over 200,000 Lexus vehicles ( defective engines causing stalling while in motion and defective gas tanks which could explode in a collision) and almost 500,000 Avalon sedans / Land Cruiser SUVs (defective lock bar which could result in loss of steering while in motion) ?
Toyota's latest mindless public relations tactic is to call these mandatory recalls part of its laughably-named "voluntary safety campaign"?
Maybe Toyota's safety campaign should include building safer, defect-free vehicles instead of pouring mega-millions into damage-control and deceptive advertising?
