Yes. My 1999 Camry's paint was a mess within a year. Nicked, dulled, stained. The Toyota dealer told me when I complained, that all Toyota's paint is inferior, and there is nothing I could do.He told me Toyota does not reveal this defect to the public. I did however find one thing to do, I dumped the Toyota because of poor quality inside and out. It was a top of the line $30,000 Camry Solara..A hefty price in 1999....junk. The only mistake I made was believing the Toyota lies. Never again.
