Check your owner's manual, it lists the required maintenance, if you do not have the owner's manual drop by the dealer and they will tell you. You will not have to pay or do anything there, just get the information from the service department.
You can get the car shampoo at the dealer or any auto parts store, even K-Mart, WalMart will have it in the auto dept. Auto shampoo will not remove car wax/sealant. Dish detergent will.
