Default on a 1993 land cruiser is the filter reversed threaded?
i have a 1993 land cruiser and i havent changed the fuel filter on it , im the 2nd owner . and as i tried to change out the filter it is nearly impossible to unscrew with out bending ,breaking or stripping the nut . and if anyone knows how to maybe clean up and egr valve. i thank you in advance for your hlp.

It's an English Car - they drive on the wrong side of the road so it's enirely possible they put a left hand thread on it.
