Your springs are useless without matched dampers, just cause a harsher ride and bouncing.
Useful gauges would be: boost, fuel pressure, EGT, water temperature. Priority would go to EGT and boost and fuel pressure, in that order.
Don't do underdrive pulleys, they will decrease power. Not that a 93 corolla has much to begin with...
