Rear Lights Dim After Maintenance on Toyota Tacoma 2010?

I just got done with my maintenance to day and was on my way home when i notice that my rear light are very dim and brake lights do not even come on now nore dose the lights when i back up. I had the 90L done and the bumper replace. do you have to unhook the hiring to take the bumper off or is the dim light due to the recall that was done? The truck is not even a year old and i check the lights they come on but are very very dim you can bearly see them they don't even reflect on signs like they use to i have no ideal whats wrong?

Any Thoughts ?

The dim lights sound like a failing alternator which is not charging the battery enough to power the lights. This should be checked immediately for if the battery fails, the car will not start, or even continue to drive. Sorry to say, but Toyotas are just not what they used to be. Good luck.

I would take it to the local Toyota dealership. They are all professional and would be glad to check out the problem. You should not trust what people say on Yahoo! Answers because they cannot personally examine your vehicle. If you have a 3 year warranty, if anything goes wrong, any problem will most likely be covered.

BTW: If the alternator was not working, the truck would not turn on.
