Time to check two things:
Battery connections, make sure that both connections to the battery are both clean and tight. Taking the connections off and cleaning the battery terminals certainly wouldn't do any harm apart from you having to reset your clock. : )
That or the alternator is on its way out, and giving you a hint that its not charging all of the time.
You can measure the output of the alternator with a good digital volt meter across the battery terminals.
Typically, the voltage output should be somewhere between 12.8v and 14..5v
i'd fire up the car, turn on all the accessories, fan on high, rear defrost on, headlights on, etc.. and see where its charging. should drop no lower than 12.6 volts in such a case.
if this doesn't already point to a bad alternator, you could also check the big wire connected to the alternator, its connected with a 10mm nut, make sure that it as well is tight.
AND if this doesn't lead you to a problem already.... you're running out of options. : )
check engine ground strap/cable...
