with that many miles... as long as you don't drive in a terrbly cold climate, I'd use a 10w30 wt oil.
I know many are goign to tell you to use 5w30... and I'm sure it would work fine, but the 10w30 might protect your older engine a little better, as its worn in to say the least!
Also a few brands of oil are selling 'max-life' type oils, such as valvoline... I'm sure these would work well too.
just don't use 20w50 or anything dumb like that.
Also don't waste your money on synthetic with an older car with that many miles.
