Default I found a toyota key fob/remote how can I find the owner?
It looks like this:

Your best bet is to take it to a Toyota dealership and let them handle it.(Chances are the person will call in for a new one.)

I once found a Chevy key with a remote on it and a few other keys, and took it to the police... They basically told me ''LOL, What you want me to do about it'' so I ended up tossing it into the street...

Take it to a Toyota dealership. They can look up the serial number and get in contact with the current owner. It is very unlikely that Toyota would give out an owner's personal contact information to a stranger.
