no the 3sgte (2.0) is a turbo version awd celica only sold in europe and asia. in the US there was no turbo version or awd version and only engine size of 1.8L and 2.2L.

The Beast is right. If you want a 3SGTE powered Celica here in the US, you'll have to look for a 3rd or 4th generation All Trac Turbo- which were rare to begin with.
