Do not cut any wires. Look in Chilton's Auto Repair manual and it will show where the DRL relay is. They sometimes put it behind the glove compartment. Remove the relay. Save it in case you want to put it back someday and don't want to spend $15-$20 for a new one. Put a label on the part. You won't remember what it is when you see it 5 years from now. Idon't know why anybody would want their DRL to not work. With it I never worry about turning the lights on when it's raining, to comply with that law.
