Depends on the dealer and what you ask them to do. Some folks like to do all the 100,000 mile services at 90,000 miles so there will still be 10,000 miles left on the extended warranty in case the dealer messes up. If you don't have the extended warranty, then there isn't much point in doing the services early.
Prices vary by location and by dealer. I'd guess an average charge by a dealer would be around $450 if you just do the 90,000 mile service. Because it's the same as the 30,000 and 60,000 mile service, what you paid for those would be a better indication than my guess.
