No dont listen to those trolls. I live in Houston, but have relatives in San Antonio.
Its very difficult to work for toyota, Most of the people that work at that plant have a college degree or are certified. And for the most part the works done by robots workers perform maintenance on. Also since they are unionized labor everyone wants in on it. Best advice is to go to college, then apply if you want to work. Or you could easily get a job as a parts person at a dealership, but i still think college is the way to go.
