why does the radiator fan stay on the whole time the engine is on??..96 camry?

if it don,t shut off once in awhile then the relay is bad. a fan is suppose to blow for awhile then shut off.

relay stuck. try swapping out w another like relay.

They are right the relay may be stuck, usually it is screwed into the radiator and has twp wires coming from it, however if the AC is on the fan should stay on.

Also I think the fan relay is stuck, or the AC is on all the time. Swap fan relays one and two. They're both the same. See if things change. Replace the bad one. They cost about $15. The fan relays are in th efuse box under the hood. There's clear labelling on the fusebox.

Stuck relay.































Common for Camry, get used to it.
