Camry Exhaust problems?

Default Camry Exhaust problems?
I think something is wrong with my car's engine. Last year, my muffler/exhaust went and I had to replace it - and I went to Midas for that. Now this year it seems to be going again, as the engine is loud and making popping sounds whenever I accelerate. Any ideas? I don't want to have to replace my exhaust again, as it cost almost $1,000 to get it replaced last year. I have a '97 Camry V6, with 129,000 miles on it. It's only been about 10,000 miles since I installed the current exhaust system on it.

To bad you did not buy a Toyota Muffler, they are warranted for life. I would go back to Midas and see what there warranty is. If it is the flex pipe they may be able to weld in a new one.
