ok, so i have that car, i was wondering, sine it has power locks if i leave the car unlock for a while will it lock itself?















are you sure? because i think i read in the manual that when its off and you press unlock on the control thingy that u have 30 seconds to open the door.

What? No. That usually only happens when the car is running and either in gear or in park (depends on the car). 30 seconds to open the door before the antitheft system (passlock?) engages.

If you lock the car and leave, when you return and unlock the car (using the remote), you have 30seconds to open a door, otherwise it will lock all doors.































If you park the car and don't lock the car using the remote, it will not lock the doors at all. It only works when you're unlocking the car and do not open a door within 30 seconds.































If you check your owners manual, it'll tell you just that.
