Default What are some GREAT value & price for all season/all weather tires for a 2007 Toyota Rav4 4x4?
I know I need new tires b/c of the wear bar on my tires but I know nothing about tires. I know I want all season or all weather b/c I live in an area that has vast differences in the seasons. Does it matter that my mini suv is a 4x4 when purchasing tires? I plan to go to a tire store & everything but I'd like to know a LITTLE bit goin in there so I don't seem like a complete idiot when I talk to someone in there.

First you need to avoid Bridgestone completely, they have had too many problems with quality. If you can afford it get two sets of tires, the all season for summer and off road fun and then a set of snow tires for better traction on ice and snow.

There's no need to feel like an idiot going in there because you don't know about Tires.































That's what their job is for. If you are honest with them that you don't know about Tires, but want to learn they will be happy to teach you. I used to work in a Tire Store and we want to help our Customers learn so they can make a well informed decision.































Just be honest with them and ask lots of questions when you don't understand.































LOTS of people know nothing about Tires and like to pretend they do. They get screwed. But if you are honest and ask questions they will help you.
