All three trucks are excellent. The Toyota will cost more but also hold it's value better over the short to mid term. If your planning on towing or hauling then you need to compare by model and not by brand. The cheapest Ford will not compete with the cheapest Chev or Toyota. All three have very different packaging for engine, transmission, and braking. The ford has the widest price range and equipment list and the Toyota is the other way around and has very view variations in equipment.
Which ever you choose...look for a sic speed auto transmission. This really helps with fuel mileage when hauling.
