Expect to pay between $500-600 on average for a timing belt service. That will include replacing the timing belt, waterpump, cam/crank seals and all of your accessory belts. They will inspect your idler pulleys and hydraulic tensioner as well. If those need replacement, it could cost a little more but $600 was already a rather high price to pay for the work mentioned. If you just want the belt changed, $150-200 sounds fair but I would strongly suggest biting the bullet and getting the higher priced service done. I'm the first to tell you that a mechanic is exaggerating when it comes working on cas but this service is one of those services where a mechanic will actually be saving you money in the long run.
