Default 1994 Toyota Corolla STOP fuse location?
The fuse panel is missing so I do not have the diagram for which fuse is which, I recently have ran into the problem of the brake lights not turning off even when the car is off. causing it to drain the battery and causing the car to die almost as soon as it is switched off. If someone else could look and tell me which fuse is the one for the brake lights it would earn them easy points! It should be a blue 15A labeled STOP. The fuse panel is located under the drivers side on the left.















I know its not the fuse, I need to pull the fuse as a quick fix until I can buy the parts to fix it.

If the fuse was bad the brake lights would not come on at all. Your problem is the brake light switch. It is located on the top of the brake pedal arm, up by the firewall.
