if you can prove without a doubt that they sold you a defective product that they knew about, then yes. if its just a random defect, you can try, but it probably wouldnt be worth going after.

You can't sue A company that makes perfect airbags. Everything Toyota has ever made since the beginning of time is perfect. No defects. Always the consumers bumbling drivers fault. It is never Toyotas fault. No other car company in history has made so many perfect cars. Airbags are perfect. Every last one. Steering is perfect. Brakes are perfect. Gas accelerations are perfect. In fact, any Toyota Bot will quickly tell you, that every Toyota ever produced is perfect. Why, everyone knows you can drive a Toyota 500 million miles without ever changing the oil once! Perfect! See? It's so easy.

Your case would hinge on the conditions of the accident and the injuries that could have been prevented if the airbag did not malfunction. A lot of accidents, such as rollovers, will not deploy airbags because the forces that trigger deployment are not there.

which one didnt go off?if theres no one in the passanger seat it wont go off,or are you sure it was a hard enough hit?
