Car charger won't come out? Is there a button to push it out?

I have to guess you're asking about a charger stuck in the cigarette lighter. Twist it as you gently pull it outward. If it won't twist spray a shot of electronic contact cleaner into the socket and try to twist the charger. Maybe it overheated and the plastic stuck to the socket. As a last resort you may need to crush the charger with some large pliers and pull it out in pieces. Good luck.
